Regular minimum stays:

• Minimum stay July (5 nights), August (5 nights), minimum stay may be less, see promotions or call and consult.
• From September 1 to 15 (minimum stay 3 nights)
• All Saints´ holidays (minimum stay of 3 nights).
• Puente del Pilar, November 1st and Puente Constitución (minimum stay 3 nights).
• The minimum stay for the rest of the year is 2 nights.
• Reservations should be made in advance.
• Depending on availability and possible change of villa.
• Reservations are required for additional cleaning services at a cost of 14€/hour, depending on availability.
• The crib will be provided in our facilities upon request. We do not accept external cribs without prior consultation.
• Nespresso coffee machine.
• 10% VAT Included
• No smoking inside the villas (living-dining room, bathroom and bedroom).
• Animals are not allowed.

Reservations:

• Posterior a la reserva, recibirá un e-mail con las instrucciones para efectuar el pago del 50% del importe total. Una vez recibido el pago se confirmará la reserva.
• Seasonal promotions are only valid for bookings from our website.
• Reservations are preferably applicable for 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years old per room.
• Entrada a partir de las 16 horas y salida antes de las 12 horas.
• In the case of cancellation, the following will apply:

1. 100% of the reservation will be refunded when the cancellation is made more than ten days prior to the date of arrival.
2. The reservation deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than ten days prior to the date of arrival.
